This leak below found on an acreage property was directly under the underground power line in the front yard.  The owners had made some solid attempts to try and find the leak before calling the experts.  With pinpoint locations and minimal excavation the grass will be back to normal in no time.

This leak was discovered using our thermal imaging equipment.  The occupant woke to wet carpet in the bedroom and WIR.  A pressure test of the house water pipework was conducted with no leaks identified.  We used our thermal imaging camera to trace the moisture from the carpet to the wall in the WIR and pinpoint the location of the leak.  A small amount of plasterbboard was removed exposing the condensation drain from the airconditioning unit in the bedroom.  A nail was found directly through the pipe from when this 10 year old home was built.  Without the expericene, knowledge and specialised equipment, this leak would have gone undetetced or required major destructive works to locate.

This drain test plug was located jammed in a section of drainage underneath the floor of a powder room.  The plug was found and located using our eqiupment within 1 floor tile.  The test plug was able to be removed and the drain was then repaired all within 1 floor tile.  A great example of how we can minimise damage using our knowledge, expericence and specialised equipment.

This water leak was pin-pointed in the front yard of a residential property.  There were no signs of dampness on the lawn or any obvious clues of there being a leak, other than the water trickling through the cracks in the kerb on the street.  With our equipment and knowledge, we were able to locate it precisely for our client to have it repaired.
